"Too much trivial work to do."
"I am ridiculously overqualified for the work that I do, although it has been my choice until recently. The basic work that I do is fun, and I've been given the opportunity to provide technical leadership as an IC, but we seem to be stuck in a time warp in which we build the same product over and over again."

"The hiring manager negotiates salary range, be prepared to discuss."
What don't you like about working at ManTech?
"The yearly requirements for compliance with government regulations about everything do take time to complete."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The direct manager does a good job, therefore I have no suggestion."

"Show more trust and loyalty to employees vs. saving own job. Be honest with employees."

"Non technical management attempting to making technical decisions based on 'feelings' vs. facts."

"Bring emphasis on technology, and product execution back. As it stands, outsourcing model has failed since product development teams were never given a chance to finalize products before rushed into production. Fixing product loose ends in manufacturing is a path to failure."

"Flexible work schedule, including condensed work schedule, employment mobility program (within the company)."

"Focus on your skills and experience that would be valuable to the company's customers. Research the company's customers and potential projects."

"Discontinuous tasking over the last two-three years. Shift of focus from R&D to IT."

"Less micromanagement. Provide more flexibility for employees to move between the projects/tasks within the company."
