  "I am a results-oriented personality. I thrive on challenges ranging from simple to complex. I approach my projects and programs the same as complex puzzles - I will solve it! My role allows me to apply abstract concepts and strategies that others have missed (I think outside of the box). For the most part, I have had the freedom to employ this approach and the end results are very rewarding to me. The down-side is on a few occasions I was not able to persuade a few decision-makers to allow me to bring in processes that would be the best path, often at less cost but yet the most effective end product."
