"If you have the talent and drive to make it in a fast paced environment you'll do fine. Many don't."

"Company lacks focus and direction at times. Information is often communicated last minute and mistakes are frequently made.."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide people better tools to do their jobs and focus more on hitting the target gaming market. E.g. New releases on time, better publisher relations, etc."

"Interface is a fairly good company to work for, but the benefits are lacking."
What do you like about working at Interface?
"The people are definitely the best. There is low turn-over, so it's more like a family then coworkers."

"It is a relaxed atmosphere, so be relaxed and personable. If you are cold/frigid, you won't make it long there."
What don't you like about working at Interface?
"They are a carpet manufacturer, but they do not place enough value or resources into IT."

"Get IT involved in every aspect of the business to show how they can help to improve proficiency, quality, profitability."

"Laid back working environment. Monthly Team outings to blow off steam."

"Be yourself. Don't over inflate your skill set. Be honest"

"Difficult to interact with people in the parent company due to language barriers."

"That they standardize the language of the company to make it easier to communicate."

"Little small company for me to apply my skills and knowledge"

"Keep up with technology and utilize as much as they could"

"The people were great. I worked in a corporate environment with HR, Legal, Accounting all around me. I was able to use my skills to segment departments ensuring privacy and integrity of information on the network."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Know your mail, and know how to tune mail systems of such caliber. Also be spot on with your DR and BC planning (test-test-test)."
What don't you like about working at Coldwell Banker?
"I built the mail system (Exchange) which had approximately 40,000 mailboxes. This required a lot of hardware to run as wanted. I seemed to be the bad guy always wanting to upgrade HW such as the EMC SAN, and the mailbox servers themselves (no mailbox limit at the time)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Split systems into regions not putting all eggs in one basket if you will. San Ramon was the hub for the western region and really out grew itself."

"The technology we work with is great! Cisco Voice, Tandberg video conferencing, VBLOCK training starting 05/2012, Cisco shop 90%"

"Be prepared to work on multiple projects simultaneously and also be ready to travel globally with short notice (acquisitions etc.)"
What don't you like about working at Accelrys?
"The international travel is just becoming too much for me and my family"

"None, they're all great and really the only reason I want to find something new is because of the travel."

"Because I worked at a client site, I had minimal interaction with the QinetiQ staff."

"Be more involved with your off-site staff. Reinstate holiday bonuses"

"It was at the beginning a challenging position. but the company growth was not followed by personal grouth."

"No, each one has to understand the environment where they want to work"

"Excessive time invested weekly for the remuneration, no real planification and priorization on projects."

"Better planification and resources assignation. Increase of remuneration on IT personal will permit have the few resources available to work in a more focussed way."

"No the interview process was very smooth, just be yourself"

"Support from CCI was ok but I asked to be reassigned several years before and they seemed afraid of loosing that spot at Chrysler Financial, pay never increased in 11 years"

"Make your employee feel you care and empower him to advance his or her career"
