"I had a great immediate supervisor. He had great vision and leadership abilities. We were doing a 6 million dollar network refresh. I had plenty of new toys to play with."

What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"Upper management was indecisive. This cost Northrop the contract with City of Grand Rapids."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Northrop is a huge company, I would only hope that they take care of the little guy a little better."
