"the management I reported to allowed me to do what I was most interested in. They allowed me time to attend classes and to better prepare myself for my job."

"We are under-staffed due to budget constraints so we have to do more with less."

"The recruiters were not stable for rolling contractors to another job. They were also hard to find."

"Work management interacting with employer and employee. Kind of like a union."

"Seek recruiters at earth level. Too many Barbie dolls and Kens trying to look good, not performing as a caring professional. They know what you're capable of but they give the job to a friend."

"The contract ends. Then I have to wait for another contract to open. It takes two or more months before the next one."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get the recruiters on the ball. They have the database for workers and job requirement. Have them on their toes working as hard as the contractors trying to keep their jobs."

"Get your deal in writing. This company is no worse than any other consulting firm and better than many."

"Too political. They do not seem to really look after their people."

"Your people are what makes you money. Take care of them."
