"Don't go! Really. Do your homework, most people would say the creative director is a terrible leader, and is in way over her head."
What don't you like about working at Ballet Jewels?
"The management, and lack of respect they have for most of their staff."

"Learn how to treat people better, and give the staff a chance to prove themselves."
