"ask as many questions as you can regarding upward mobility, be inquisitive about the company's P/L"

"too lax in enforcing some company policies, certain employees taking advantage of management, salary freezes & reductions"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"need to evaluate employees more frequently, need to eliminate dead weight early, enforce company policies, need more positive reinforcement from management, while they are loyal to their employees sometimes they are too loyal"

"Be strong. And the interview process can take months (it took 4 months from the time I started interviewing until the time they made the decision to hire me)."

"Low pay, unfriendly environment/co-workers, left out of the loop on most things going on."

"Keep all members of a team in the loop about what is going on with the client and/or agency."
