"There is a lot of employee turnover and the managers tend to blame individuals for problems or situations that occur while portraying themselves a a team."

What don't you like about working at Crawford Consulting Services?

"Nepotism was quite apparent and there were a lot of closed door meetings for such a small company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Managers need to attend training classes to develop their people skills and there should be a better quality control procedure in place to review the estimates before they are sent to the clients."
