"Nothing, they didn't deserve a person of my Caliber, in fact, they messed up my hiring and work situation so bad, they made many presumptions and never, ever listened to ANY corrections or rebuttals to their 'ideas' of Contractor's Pay for years of service, negotiations, benefits, etc..."

"Treat ALL employees with complete respect, LISTEN to their inputs and LEARN from them, not just act like YOU know everything, ignoring sound advice and professional input, as IF it was YOU on the other end of the stick..."
