"Many things. The work ethic was second to none. The company-wide policy toward job performance required that you do your work correctly the first time and that you exceed the client's expectations. Additionally, the engineering staff was well versed and up to date on industry standards and design requirements."

"I enjoyed working with the Engineers and having a lot of input on the designs. I was given a lot of freedom on creating different designs and making things work better and having them accepted."

"Get as much money as you can going in because raises and promotions won't be an option."

"Stop being greedy and offer a real benefits package if you want to retain your employees."

"The new format of self assessment and review for annual merit raises. It takes too much time (2 and 3 days for each of 5 phases) and concentration away from projects with focused deadlines."
