"The company is experiencing severe financial cutbacks. The management seems to have an unclear plan of selling or keeping the companies intact."

"Force the IT department to realize that it's a software shop as well as a printing company."

"My immediate supervisor, Tim Richards was about the best boss I could have."

"Your best selling point is to have a portfolio of your work. Don't talk big. Back-up everything you say you can do."
What don't you like about working at Datamark?
"My bosses' boss was terrible."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better training for account managers. Less management overhead. Get rid of the little kings, and birdge all the islands. Improve communication."
