What do you like about working at MG2?

"If you want responsibiity they will give it to you. The knowledge base of management was incredible and very reliable."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't judge them by the type of architecture being done, all firms have a bread and butter client. The experience supercedes the building being built."

What don't you like about working at MG2?

"The firm is dedicated to only doing commercial, residential and retail. The sectors they no longer do are educational and hospital, which was bad during this downturn."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Firm needs to have a foot in all building types on order to survive these huge and small economic downturns."

"It was a good job for 18 years under RHL Design prior to take over; we were hit hard by the current economy"

"Too many Chiefs trying to manage too few Indians"

"marketing and team building needed to be enhanced"
