"Allowed to telecommute was a big plus, co-workers in some groups that were nice and helpful bringing their expertise into issue analysis that spanned groups. However, many fingerpointing meetings once manager level got involved, less interested in solving issues than deflecting blame."

"Well, I can say Starbuck's Kinko's.... Decent Manager, work from home option a day per week convenience.."

"Vacation time is not that great... Freq layoff's, delay or no bonuses."

What don't you like about working at TechDepot?

"Upper level management should like employee personally for inside career growth regardless of the hard work/talent. Can get fired as part of layoff's if upper management people dislike.."

"Take care of employees they will work hard in return.........."
