"This group is truly political in nature. Management of this group believes in forced attrition model. In the last 7 years that the current team has been around 14 people have quit the team. This is in a team that is sized at 12 FTE's. 12 of the 14 people were hand selected by the current management. Executive management treats internal audit as a necessary evil that needs to be there for the satisfaction of regulators and audit committee."
