"Always be yourself. You will never be happy with this company if you try to conform to what you think they want."

"The growth opportunity is not as available as I would like. Folks tend to stay at Jefferson County."

"Talk, talk, talk then listen, listen, listen actively to your employees. You can never recognize enough and stay awake to the choices you make everyday."
