"The developers are talented, though there are only 2 others."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Find another company, this is not the company from which you can retire."

What don't you like about working at NVision Solutions?

"The leadership is incompetent and lack the ability to accept that they are not qualified, they have an anyone can do that mentality. The leadership is quick to show favoritism and there is no real HR department to deal with it when it arises. The contracting team has failed miserably at wining contracts, mostly because of the favoritism wining over qualifications."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that management be restructured and hire competent employees who have experience. Also, be humble and accept that they will have to hire quality employees to get the job done. Also, work on retention capabilities, truth is we lost 80% of our development team in the past 2 years and most of them resigned."
