"Silicon Systems is no longer doing business. There is no FA operation."

"I was the only one doing Failure Analysis. While I had the ablility to tap expertise of my co-workers it would have been nice to have other FA engineers to consult with on the analyses."

"Let the engineers perform the analyses with micro- managing them to the point of distraction."

"Too much micro-managing by my supervisor and his supervisor. Let the engineers do their job."

"Let the engineers do what they were schooled and trained for, let them work on current projects using their acquired skills."
