"I think they should look into all aspects of the business and not only look deeply at analog."

"This was my first experience working with a group on engineers dedicated to performing Failure Analysis, At my previous company I was the only one doing FA"

"Silicon Systems is no longer doing business. There is no FA operation."
What don't you like about working at Teridian Semiconductor?
"I was the only one doing Failure Analysis. While I had the ablility to tap expertise of my co-workers it would have been nice to have other FA engineers to consult with on the analyses."

"Let the engineers perform the analyses with micro- managing them to the point of distraction."

"I enjoyed working with the FA people especially because of their advanced FA knowledge."

"The people are great here, try and relax and just feel comfortable explaining your experience."

"Too much micro-managing by my supervisor and his supervisor. Let the engineers do their job."

"Let the engineers do what they were schooled and trained for, let them work on current projects using their acquired skills."
