"The people are great and extremely intelligent. I noticed a lot of change in personnel and I think the processes and procedures were becoming way too complex. It is a global functional organization that I believe forgot the KISS principle and put way too much pressure on the supervisors."

"Run."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"XOM management needs to understand that we don't have enough resources to complete all the tasks that are being asked. They need to understand that the supervisor can't complete it all and that they need some additional resources."
