"I love the constant pressure. Being in events and constantly drawing up stage plans, planning travel, finding new talent to perform for us is a constant adventure. There are always hiccups in or things that do not go according to plan but those are the best times to show your true skill and shine, and that is something I love because I constantly improve myself. I do not hate it but the travel does take a toll on your body constantly traveling to different arenas and cities to do events."
