"The designing and developments of new equipments. The people were helpful by telling me the problems which they had in order to do their jobs."

"Ask what is the goals for the future and their employees. Let know where you stand regarding your goals and future."
What don't you like about working at Cordis?
"They moved to Mexico and didn't care of what happen to the people, even if they were getting bad quality products."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Respect others in order for you to be respected. Also, listen to the co-workers and get feedback from them."

"Company was a learning experience in which I designed/developed production equipment. I was happy that I was able to accomplish many equipments for the growth of the company."

"Good clean location, the people were great and all the types of projects which I had to design."

"Be honest and remember to keep focus on the sub-rounding of the company. Help all persons to be active with their goals."
What don't you like about working at Boston Scientific?
"The company moving to Mexico and then Costa Rica. There were a few persons that only cared about themselves."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to co-workers and be a real person. If you treat people with respect, the harder they will work for you."

"My growth curve was linier and I never looked back, continues self improvement and opertunity."
What don't you like about working at Continental PET Technologies?
"Promoted from maintenance to engineering and took a pay cut, not compensated for lost overtime. Still worked same hours."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Professional pay levels based on skills, a ranking system. When promoted increase pay acordingly don't promise more overtime that upermanagement takes away."

"The recklessness by whoever drove the phase III clinical trials off the cliff. This hurt everyone."
