"There is a lot of teamwork and teams were encouraged to discuss and put forward their ideas for improvements. Personal initiatives are greatly appreciated."

"One has to be competent enough, flexible and hardworking. Personal initiatives are greatly appreciated at TI."
What don't you like about working at Texas Instruments?
"Nothing. Had a great experience. It was only unfortunate that they had to cut down their workforce."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They are shifting much of the work to Bulgaria. Hopefully in a few years time they start recruiting."

"Strange decisions from the senior management. People are hired externally instead of grown to roles with more responsibilities."

"The company felt like it was slowly dying."

"Need to find an Innovative Leader to move the company forward. Lately, the company has been run by seasoned executives good at running P&L's but who lack the vision or drive to lead the company into growth and relevance."

"Educational delivery to clients who appreciate proper training/implementation and adoption."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be aware 75% travel means you get 1 week PTO and 1 week development time to learn and certify per quarter.Then you are billed for utilization the other 10 weeks . Travel on Sunday afternoon and return late Friday night every week.So you get Saturday off only to prepare for the next trip."
What don't you like about working at Parametric Technology Corporation?
"Last minute assignments and not enough time to prepare for proper delivery."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better lead time minimum one to two weeks notice for assignments.Especially when traveling to overnight onsite delivery."
