"What bothered me in the beginning, was the time difference, who spent a month had already outgrown."

"Right now, I have no suggestion, as I felt it was an advantage to work in this company."

"I would tell others to just be themselves and aside from giving good responses to technical questions, tell them why you would fit in well into the organization."

"I don't like the fact that we always have to work from the client site."

"I would suggest that allowing developers to work from home would increase productivity."

"I enjoyed the environment and the people I worked with. The excutives were nice and had an open door policy if we wanted to talk with them."

"Do some research about the company before the interview. The name can be misleading. They are a Search Engine Marketing company."

"The name of the company isn't self explanitory of what they company does. Most people thought that they make Orange Soda, but they don't they help businesses with showing up high in searches on the internet."

"Keep up the environment and keeping the employees happy so that they'll want to keep working there or get their friends to work there too."

"I like working at that company because I can realize myself there and acquire new knowledges"

"HR process veryslow to do every process. I think it would be better if they can offer me the permanant signification before I left."
