"No vision, so morale suffered, and it was difficult to keep focus on delivery. There was an enormous amount of energy put into annual plans that were not followed. Office politics were very challenging."

"Create and promote a unifying vision of the company, work hard to get employees behind the vision, raise the bar on hiring, move focus from beating the street to excelling at delivering a great customer experience."

"The company lacks vision, may not be keeping up with the competition, there is way too much politics, and the bar for quality people is not high enough"

"Set a direction, convey a vision, worry less about turf and beating the street, grow a pair about delivering on excellence"
