Feuds between managers and functional areas are common place. A few managers feel that they have license to behave rudely and aggressively to other managers, employees and customers."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"Build a coherent management team that works together as a team. Do not settle for weak or tyrannical managers. Bring in ideas from outside of the industry. Decide on a plan of action and allow it to play out. Constant changes don't allow the ship to make any headway and tire out the crew!"
