"Be prepared to do things manually. Use buzz-words like agile. Ask lots of questions about methodology."

"The culture is reactionary, with off-the-cuff shortcuts being the norm instead of long-term design and planning."

"Take some management courses and favor truth, quality over shortcuts and CYA politics. Do research so you can stop doing things as of it were the 1980s."
