"The only thing I could seriously take issue with at my current employer is the lack of a clearly defined way to progress professionally."

"To clarify what each employee could do to be promoted and/or to develop a compensation plan that is directly tied to employee performance."

"We are remote from most of our system administrators so we usually work using chat systems or phone. I would like to work closer with my colleges so I can learn more from them"
