"I was in the wrong group, a calling center where it was noisy--surrounded by operators."

"Have more training (technical, professional, etc...) for the staff. Different groups in different departments could better support each other. Allow for and encourage career growth. Make changing group easier. That way, the company can still retain the good employees."

"Depending on the department, if you're looking for the same routine dayin and dayout, this is the company for you."

"Due to workload, had to work long days (as long as 12 hour days) as well as most Saturdays and Sundays."

"Hire more staff to even out the workload."
