"No. Do not interview here. You will be dissatisfied with the company, there is major micromanagement, goals that are impossible to meet that will affect your pay. There is also no future growth opportunities. A bad company all around."
What don't you like about working at Beckman Coulter?
"Benefits. micromanagement, company future, lack of commission opportunities, bad management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Clean house and get new upper level managers. Listen to your existing employees for future retention."

"I would have some tips but the only thing is that Accretechusa is no longer in Austin. They have been bought out and they have chanced there name to Accretech America and moved back to Dallas Tx. It is totally a different company now and since they have laid off most of the personal that worked in the Austin Area"

"I really enjoyed working for Accretechusa, but really got upset when I got laid off"

"I hope that one day I may work myself up to a management position"
