"Be prepared to work a lot of hours and also be sure to clearly state your opinions at performance review time where everything you did right will be ignored and everything you did wrong will be magnified."

"Middle management's interference with work and imposition of their perceptions upon the managers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let the workers do their job as best they can and concentrate on the tasks at hand to move the company forward."

"The bonus they were giving was more a tip than bonus (They changed the initial bonus plan due to economical reasons)."

"This was a permanent job, we worked as a team, and we have 12 divisions all over US, I was responsible for 3 divisions of 5 states in US, the team work was great and we worked very cooperative to achieve the company's objective and increase bottom line"

"The company filed chapter 11 which laid off 95% of the emloyees including the head office which I was working with"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should increase cash fund to overcome the situation of bad economy condition, the loan that the company owed was too much which caused them to file chapter 11"

"Applying my knowledge and being involved in new product launches"

"Look smart, stay sharp"

"Challenging job and good pay."

"Wasn't a full time job and the shop was a one product place and the one product was deemed to be unsaleable by the FDA."

"If you want to save your sanity and keep your health, don't interview for any position in the Finance department."

"Work to live ratio is zero and very little training for the position. No support from Management."

"Listen to the employees and start caring about the most important asset.. the people who work for them."

"Some of the people were nice and the work was OK but making no money and very low margins"

"I don't think I would recommend anyone to interview there"

"They had never had a Cost Person and didn't realize what I could bring to the table. A consultant was there who recommended that I be hired but the owner could not see the value I could bring."

"You need to change the culture to make it more profitableand bring me back so I can make the changes that have to be made to be more profitable."

"The company seemed lost in the direction it was going... they were always changing the drivers of the company and promised the world and never achieved."
