"Love the challenge of working in (for me) uncharted areas and the corresponding professional growth. My co-workers were, for the most part, open to new ideas and valued my contributions as much as I valued theirs in a very collaborative environment.Hates: no hates, really. I would have expected more engagement from the executive management team, who would be the first to state what was wrong, but the last to move forward with any constructive action; this is a problem in most big companies."
