Submit a Review"My experience of working as the Senior Certified Technician was pretty good. I was able to diagnose & repair computers and other technology. I was able to interact with many people and developed awesome relationships with customers and coworkers. Lately, Staples has been outsourcing tech work to remote technicians which happens to be my only issue with the company... since they are essentially taking my job."
