"The people I worked with were generally great, with a few exceptions. The atmosphere was pretty loose, and the business itself is very interesting."

"Don't go in expecting to be wowed with substance."

What don't you like about working at Bruce Clay?

"Management has no idea how to run the company properly, and nepotism is a big part of it. Inexperience and ineptitude put the company in the position of having to lay off key people over less capable employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the employees that care."
