"The company culture there is a culture of good enough. It is a company that is unwilling or unable to take the risks necessary to be truly competitive in today's economy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be willing to mentor the middle and lower managers to take over your roles when the time is ready. Currently the management there is basically the same as it was almost 10 years ago."
