"Stay away unless you are not getting a job anywhere else."

What don't you like about working at Symantec?

"Crazy management style that believes they can achieve goals by eliminating senior experienced staff and use low paid junior staff. There is a management tendency to have everyone take on 3 to 4 roles at the least and expect them to do them right - 16 hours a day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get real about what you want to achieve and how you can achieve it."
