"The associates were great, very collegial. I gained a lot of experience in insurance defense litigation."
What don't you like about working at Koeppel Traylor?
"The attitude of the upper management team, while they were excellent at their jobs, the chemistry did not work between us."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try to be a more supportive of the associates who are doing all of the work on the defence cases, less patronizing, less sarcastic."
