"I have plenty of space to implement my development and design ideas. My co-workers are great people to work with. CIGNA also offers flexible work arrangements."

"Not much to like or dislike -- I was in it for the money and so were they."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Know what they want you for and live with it. These guys will NOT stand up for you so get a decent rate -- everybody has a price as they say. Also, raises are non-existent so negotiate well up front."
What don't you like about working at Ajilon Professional Staffing?
"In almost three years no salary adjustments."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Value consultants more. Very intimidating and at times downright unreasonable and rude client who was ALWAYS sided with."
