"The work did not require that you enter the office all the time only to meet with colleagues and clients. You had the liberty to work at home as long as you were productive with your time."

"Large company now! Recent (2 year) buyout of GEAC into Infor. Integration of product lines (GEAC and Infor's original PLs) were finally coming together."

"Tough interviews. Must be technically proficient."

"Not enough employee training (classroom). Their training was in modules online. It was not enough to get the correct info for new product features."
