"Everything is a secret: Hires/Fire/Terms/Promotions. Employee grade levels are top secret. You have no ideaon how to get promoted. You would think this place was alaw firm on its emphasis on billable hours, even if you donot do any work you still must bill clients/projects. Favorisim runs rampant."

"be honest, share some of the wealth, you are way overpaid, stop the corruption"

"There's no clear vision as to what we are trying to accomplish, nor is there a clear plan as to how to achieve that goal. It feels like we're flying by the seat of our pants - and we don't have enough resources to be a compelling online resource for the topics we cover."

"I would engage with employees regularly to solicit their ideas, both in group settings as well as on a one-on-one basis. I would provide direction as needed, along with regular constructive feedback on their job performance. I would make an effort to understand their short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals, then work with them to achieve those goals with guidance, training, and mentoring."
