"Climate of fear - people appear and disappear without explanation; they fire people for any or no reason; very political environment; mediocre level of professionalism. May require a lot of travel from widely spaced reservations. You may suddenly be posted to a remote reservation. Some tribal members can be very nasty to outsiders. Avoid this organization if you value your professional reputation."
