"I enjoyed the cultural aspect of working with the native tribe and the apportunities they offered weekly for all the tribal members of all ages."

"No not at this time."

What don't you like about working at Seminole Tribe of Florida?

"The fact the no job was secure for anyone that was not from the tribe. At any given time if any tribal member needed or wanted a job, anyone that was not a native tribal member could be given lay off for no particular reason."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that when offering a position to non-tribal members to let them know that no job position is secure, so that people are well prepared for what can happen in the future."
