"Definitely display an attitude of team spirit. Also communicate how your specific past experience will assist you in being able to perform to meet the expectations of the company."

What don't you like about working at SelectRemedy?

"I did not like the business format. I found it did not work for me because I was not able to focus on a particular task or job; but instead had to to recruit, as well as sales. Anyone dealing with clients should always asking if there are additional needs that need to be meet. However, the focus of the positions in the staffing industry can at times be spread in so many directions that it can become difficult to meet the goals of the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I found that I have been most successful in the staffing industry when I had staff with an excellent ability to recruit dedicated to do just that; and those who were extremely successful in sales dedicated to that area. I've seen the fruit of such efforts when I implemented this in another company. I was responsible for a start up IT branch. The branch was operating at a profit within 6 months. In the staffing industry we all have to wear several hats at times, but if an individual's focus can be on what they do best, then the chances of a positive outcome is much improved."
