What do you like about working at Selective Tools?
"The high level of professional expertise and the willingness of each to do his job to the best of his ability allowed us to move into markets that previously held only by the major service companies. We had master service agreements with 4 of the big 7 major oil companies and our work ethic kept repeat business coming."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You'll be dressing and redressing your own tools so you'd better know what you're doing downhole and in the shop. You'll need to be an expert well intervention specialist, know system hydraulics, be experienced in the basket of snubbing units, know wireline and coiled tubing applications and have a history of expertise in well control. You'll need to be willing to work hard, and the money will come."
What don't you like about working at Selective Tools?
