"The recent changes within the company (an almost complete replacement of the company C level) have caused an exodus of seasoned employees seeking firmer ground. The new management team is inexperienced in the industry and that inexperience has led to many changes of direction within a very short period of time. Change is not a bad thing but when coupled with an increased amount of corporate hyperbole and industry catch phrases it creates an atmosphere of instability and uncertainty."
