3.9 I was working for Select Portfolio since 2015 they've been around for over 30 years and help people with their mortgages by servicing them for investors finding solutions for those going through financial hardships they also with loss mitigation, short sales, Deed In Lieu, and possibly even short paying property if options available. This company offers a lot of knowledge about the mortgage industry and follow rules that have been placed by fed and state.

I enjoy helping people with the ability to save their homes. I value my job as I have a family to feed. I have been number one on my team for the last two years.

4.2 My time with Select Portfolio Services served as a huge benefit to distressed homeowners who had defaulted on their loans and were facing foreclosure. Through government programs (HAMP, HARP) and in-house programs, SPS was able to bring loans current and save homes.
