"A very FRENCH company! Management only give information to the employees when they 'want to keep them quiet for a while'. There is little growth career-wise."
"I like Sefas Innovation, it is a small company with great people. The only negatives are that I do not have the opportunity to move up and I am not compensated as well as I feel I should be for someone who works for many departments which include the Finance Dept, Sales Dept, Prof Svcs dept and Marketing Department."
