"Avoid middle low level management positions. Field positions are good and Branch management and higher are good."

What don't you like about working at Johnson Controls?

"Very Poor upper management concerned with meeting financial objectives with no regard to customer satisfaction, or ethical considerations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more ethical and focus on customer service not just lip service."
