"I love the challenge of being a Security Manager and with my experience in security, I am able to mentor employees. I hate the toxic environment that I was in. No employee should be expected to tolerate threats or intimidation from upper management. There was no support although they kept promising it. Their idea of support was to keep putting pressure on you until you could not bear it."
