"Smoky Mountain Systems is a family run business, so be prepared to deal with those types of interpersonal issues."

"Sometimes the way we had to deal with situations/customers were not consistent. We didn't always handle some situations the same way because of who the customer might be."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Policies about customer cancellations/issues need to be set down and they need to be adhered to to make employees jobs easier."
