What don't you like about working at ADT Security?
"The migration of Brinks and Broadview and the effect it had on the sales force."
What don't you like about working at Alarm Detection Systems?
"It is very difficult to earn money there in sales, as there is a lot of favoritism"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hiring in new people, when there isn't enough business to go around for the current staff is a mistake."

"ADT has competitive products, however, in this financial climate, very few can afford the monitoring fees."
What do you like about working at ADT Security?
"The name recognition is excellent. ADT has a great selection of good products at competitive pricing."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to do long and irregular hours with a lot of cold calling of homes for self generated sales as company leads are very few."
What don't you like about working at ADT Security?
"The compensation plan, being commission only, requires long and irregular hours and job security is tenuous at best."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Improve commission plan. If an account fails to pay their monthly fees in the 1st 6 months, the commission payed is deducted back from the sales person, this causes a significant loss of morale."

"The room for advancement and the benefits package."

"Have a better career path layed out for your employees."

"Remember that the Finnish people who run it have a different view of manners and courtesy. Just because they may seem curt and disinterested, doesn't mean that they are."
What don't you like about working at Nokia?
"The only thing is that they change directions so quickly, that your job can be eliminated in a moment's notice"

"I think Management does a wonderful job, but they should look more at not establishing parallel business units."
