  "The job itself is great for someone who wants to continue on a level plane for quite awhile, i.e. there isn't much room to grow. I'm, for the most part, happy with whatever position I am given on the corporate latter. I enjoy the management, the co-workers, the professionalism, and learning new brokerage processes. I feel, however, given my degree, I could do much, much more for a more suitable company."
